We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality treatments in a tranquil and welcoming environment.  We are in our 20th year of delivering some of the beauty and wellness experiences to people living in and around the Newcastle area. 

The Role

As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding beauty and aesthetic treatments while also supporting the management team in the daily operations of the spa. This is a dual role that requires a combination of hands-on therapy expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of beauty and advanced beauty treatments to a high standard.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Support the management team in the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, stock control, and team coordination.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior therapists to ensure consistent treatment quality.
• Ensure treatment rooms and spa facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Promote and recommend spa treatments and retail products to enhance client experience and revenue.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional events.

Requirements

• Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a beauty therapist with expertise in a variety of treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, and advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and mentor team members.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A passion for the beauty and wellness industry with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
