It was our first couples massage and I was amazed at how wonderfully clean and presentable the retreat looked. Met at reception with brilliant customer service and waited only a few minutes before being led to our treatment room. Jodie and Morgan were amazingly skilled, professional, experienced, and friendly, never had a massage like it! Looking forward to booking in again soon!

So relacing had a lovely facial and felt like a real spa!! Tried other beauty clinics in jesmond that are double the price and not half the experience.

We had a lovely experience, the spa space was lovely and private for me and my friend to move between the saina and steam room at leisure. The treatments were amazing and we both felt relaxed after. We will definitely return.

Kaylie was absolutely 100% professional, extremely knowledgeable, this is the best facial & massage I have had in a long time. I get regular treatments so must say this is buy far the best I hvae had in a long long time, well done Kaylie. She also advised me on products to suit my body for sore muscles & skin care range for my face, I can't thank you enough, great experience. The staff were very friendly and made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Morgan did my massage and the massage was amazing and so relaxing. The room was very calming and lovely atmosphere. Morgan explained clearly what was going to happen during the visit. Wuold definitely like a massage from morgan again thank you.

Was staying in Newcastle for the weekend and booked a massage here, the girls were all very lovely and the massage was spot on! Will definitely be back for another the next time I'm in Newcastle!

Honestly the best massage and facial I've had and I've had a few at hotels etc over the years. And very good value for money too! Would definitely recommend.
