Just left your Jesmond Spa where I used my Mother’s Day voucher. I’ve never felt so relaxed I didn’t want to leave. Wonderful back massage and facial from Caitlin. My back feels wonderful and skin glowing. The luxurious private spa room is just perfect to relax with complimentary juice, fruit and prosecco. Already can’t wait to come back! Thanks,Toni

My mum and I came for a belated Mother’s Day celebration and had the most wonderful time. The hot stones massage and facial were absolutely amazing, as was the relaxation room - the sauna and steam room were so lovely. The staff were so accommodating and professional, and the treatments were excellent. Such a perfect day! Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

Had such a lovely spa experience there with my friend. Lovely and relaxing space with fabulous staff, facilities and delicious treats including a glass of prosecco. I had the best massage treatment from Kaitlin. She listened to my concerns and released some chronic knots around my neck and shoulder. I live about an hour away, but would definitely make the effort to come again for a treatment +/- Spa day. Thank you for such a lovely day!

I had a hot stone full body massage, the whole experience from start to finish was incredible. The reception staff were so welcoming. The therapist who carried out my treatment was extremely professional, explaining how the treatment would work and what to expect. The room was stunning, so warm and incredibly relaxing, the temperature and lighting was perfect. The massage was genuinely the best I have ever had, the whole process was so relaxing and enjoyable. The therapist was clearly very experienced and passionate about what she does as it clearly showed. Overall a fantastic experience, one I have told everyone about. I will most certainly be back and can't recommend City Retreat enough; it's above and beyond anywhere else I have been.

I had a five hour Heaven Scent package and it was really wonderful. I loved the private time with loungers, wet and dry saunas, fruit and juice both before my massage and facial and after...and the tea in that second window was so nice. I really appreciated being given an option for sandwiches too . I'm looking forward to booking another package next time I visit Newcastle.

Marina teased out all the knots in my back and shoulders which is always fantastic. Not only does my skin feel fantastic after the facial the massage that is included in the facial relaxed me so much I fell asleep. Sorry for the snores but I still feel so relaxed over an hour after.
