My first time visiting Jesmond City Retreat and I will definitely be returning. Catherine welcomed me warmly and when shown to our treatment room she provided me with a detailed itinerary for my appointment. The room was the perfect temperature, with relaxing decor, mood lighting with traditional spa background music. I thoroughly relaxed under the warm towels for a full body scrub and drizzling of oils which invigorated muscles and skin perfectly. A wonderful light facial scrub was followed by a well pressurised hot shower and a final drizzling of body oils. Catherine made me feel relaxed and completely pampered.

I had a lovely time at Jesmond for my signature spa afternoon. Everyone was lovely and the massage was just what I needed.

I really enjoyed my treatments today. I had a hot stone back massage and a nourish facial. My skin feels lovely and soft and cleansed. Maddison made a great job of getting rid of a lot of knots in my my shoulders. She was also friendly, as well as knowing when I wanted some quiet relaxation time. Thank you!

My therapist was fantastic and explained everything in detail before each treatment while also checking on me throughout each too so I got the best experience possible I had a hot stone message and LED facial treatment I'll be booking again!

Had a spa day given to us as a present and we had a lovely experience at the City Retreat. It was one of the most relaxing spa days I have had. The treatment rooms we used were so relaxing. Sauna and steam room were great. The massage was one of the best I have had. Loved every minute. Really felt relaxed and I look forward to going back. Thank you to everyone.

Fabulous afternoon in the spa suite with my mum. Fruit platter and fruit juice provided alongside a lovely glass of fizz. Treatment was fab and the team were lovely and attentive.
